Search
Fully understanding your needs and requirements to save you time during the initial phase.
Full access to the entire database of Balearic properties including off market properties.
We organise and accompany you on all viewings of selected properties on your preferred day and time.
Acquisition
Performing due diligence on your behalf to ensure there are no surprises with selected property.
Assisting in obtaining property finance where necessary and laying on professional advisors as required.
Take care of all negotiations on your behalf to secure the best possible terms.
Arrange all relevant acquisition documentation and have our lawyers examine before signing.
After Sales

Assist with the set up of general
utilities and answer any questions you may have.
Here to help if you decide to modify your property, referring to our contacts where appropriate.
Commercial Acquisitions
Our advisory services extend beyond residential real estate to include commercial acquisitions. We approach commercial real estate with the same care, discretion and client-first mindset as our residential work. Focusing on select opportunities across retail, hospitality, development and private investment.
Whilst we do not position ourselves as full-service commercial brokers, we assist clients with sourcing, introductions and high-level guidance where it aligns with their broader objectives.

Our role is to help assess the viability of an opportunity, identify potential risks and ensure the right questions are being asked from the start. Where needed, we connect clients with trusted legal, financial or technical experts, maintaining oversight to ensure the process remains clear, aligned and efficient.
This approach allows us to support commercial decisions with confidence, whilst staying focused on long-term fit and value.
Fees
Charged upon exchange of contracts of any property introduced by us.

An initial €1,500 retainer fee (plus VAT) to be deducted from the final commission fee.
